We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments where necessary, including due to clinician availability, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.
6. Fees and billing
Health Hub Springfield Lakes operates a mixed-billing model. Fees vary depending on the service, consultation type, treating practitioner and your individual circumstances. Bulk billing, where available, is offered at the discretion of the treating doctor and should not be assumed.
Current fee information is published on the relevant service pages of this website and is provided as a general guide. Fees are subject to change, and we recommend confirming current pricing with our team before your appointment.
Medicare rebates, where applicable, do not necessarily cover the full cost of a service.
